Management
For management positions, like CEO’s, CFO’s and HR Directors we use executive search methods. Executive search consists of an extensive research, interview and recruiting process to identify potential candidates. Three or four candidates are presented to the client. Presentation includes a credentials and background report for each candidate, along with samples of work, letters of recommendation and complete reference-check covering numerous past employers, colleagues, editors and others.
Owing to our skilled research team, professional experience of our senior consultants and the extensive personal network of our management team, we have successfully intermediated many high-level candidates in different sectors with a close to 100% success rate.

Finance & Accounting
We have great expertise in recruiting finance directors, managers, internal auditors, controllers, chief accountants, bookkeepers, tax specialists, business analysts, procurement professionals, etcetera. Owing to the fact that 18 consultants work on a daily basis in their specialized territory, we have a large pool of talented candidates that we can introduce immediately, both for jobs on the Hungarian market, as well as abroad.

FreshGrad
Our specialized recruitment desk is dedicated to placing fresh graduates with a university or advanced degree in the following fields: finance (AP, AR, PTP/OTC, accounting, reporting), customer service/IT helpdesk, junior sales and marketing roles, other administration and back office positions. We have organized over 100 Assessment Centres for our clients in the last two years. Since Assessment Centres form a very focused and efficient way of recruitment and selection, it can significantly decrease the timeline of the recruitment process. 12-15 candidates can be handled during one day, or even half a day, with an average 60% hiring rate. We are in close cooperation with the 15 biggest universities and colleges, and every year we attend around 10 job fairs. We are also in contact with language institutions and chambers of commerce to ensure the availability of the largest candidate pool.

HR
Our HR practice has made us understand the importance of choosing the right HR person for every company. As a result of this, several of our senior consultants focus on the recruitment of HR professionals at different levels: from Assistants through Generalists to Directors. We concentrate on understanding the HR strategy of the particular client and thus, finding the right match for their needs. Our extensive network we have managed to build up through business connections, makes it possible to succeed in filling in such open positions for top clients active in different industries within .short timelines.

Legal
The specialty and efficiency of ProfiPower’s Legal Desk lies in the legal background, the extensive legal knowledge and the network of its consultants, being lawyers themselves. The Legal Desk deals with placing legal professionals specialized in different areas (M&A, corporate, real estate, banking finance, competition, litigation, labour, etc.). Our clients are mainly international law firms looking for trainees as well as mid-level or senior lawyers with post-bar experience. We also recruit in-house legal professionals for our international corporate clientele.
