• Implement the appraisal system within the factory
• Supervise the personal development process
• Handle personal issues of the blue collar workers
• Supervise the shift
• Give trainings and survey demands
• Participate in selection process of new employees
• Keep company standards and processes in production
• Generate and analyze production data and trends

Job requirements

• Engineering degree
• Experience at a multinational manufacturing company advantage
• People management experience
• English on a communication level
