Data protection policy

We regard the protection of personal data to be of utmost importance. Bearing this in mind, we shall keep and handle all personal information on the basis of your consent, in accordance with the Legal Act LXIII of 1992. The data handling has been registered under No. 01855-0001 into the data protection registry kept with the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Regarding the information you have provided to us, we assure you that we will treat all said data with confidentiality, and we shall use it exclusively for the purpose of seeking employees, selection and evaluation, exclusively in the interest of your employment.  In addition to data related to your qualification and work experience, and other data directly related to the expected work(s), we register your personal which is necessary for your identification in our database, and we connect the same with your data you provided to us at different occasions and/or the other data obtained from publicly available sources.

Your personal data is handled by ProfiPower Ltd. Only the employees of ProfiPower Ltd – being obliged on the basis of their employment agreement and on the basis of the legal provisions pertaining to their employment to keep secrecy in relation to all data accessed by them – and the data processors of ProfiPower Ltd. are allowed to access such data. ProfiPower Ltd. may - exclusively in the interest of your employment – also forwarded the data to a third party (especially to a potential employer), including the forwarding of the data abroad (to a third country).

The providing of information is voluntary. Accordingly, if you no longer wish to take advantage of our database, we will delete all your pertinent data from our database at your request. In the interest of your employment we store your data in our system until you request the deletion of such data. You may request information regarding the handling of your personal data (including among others the information regarding the identity of the eventual data processors and information regarding the persons whom the data have handed over), you may request the correction or deletion of your personal data, you may object to the handling of your personal data, and in case of violation of your rights you may initiate court proceedings.

By providing data to ProfiPower Ltd. – including the provision of data by way of using ProfiPower Ltd.’s website - you represent that you have read and understood the Data Protection Policy of ProfiPower Ltd., and that - on the basis of the appropriate information provided in the Data Protection Policy  - you give your consent to the recording of your personal data  and to the handling of such personal data by ProfiPower Ltd. without limitation, including the forwarding of the data abroad (to a third country) and the connecting of data handling procedures.
